We are ideal for all kinds of tenants and frequently find the perfect home away from home for families relocating to Brunei, corporate guests in Brunei temporarily for work projects. Desari Properties provides a range of generously appointed homes in Brunei. We offer accommodation with a genuine passion and attention to detail. Our flexible approach extends to simple all-inclusive pricing and excellent value for money makes it easy to relax in comfort with Desari Properties.Our houses and apartments provide so much more than a standard serviced apartment. Many of our properties are as you would normally expect in your own home as all our properties are individually styled and uniquely appealing.Our goal is to exceed tenant's expectations! When a tenant walks in the door of a DESARI property, we want them to feel immediately welcome and at home. We regularly receive compliments from our tenants on 'having thought of everything'.
We have consistent cleaning and maintenance standards for all properties. This ensures quality is consistent and maintained to a high level across all our properties. We pay great attention to detail to ensure tenant's comfort and properties are regularly inspected to ensure they maintain this high standard.What is included in a Desari home?A Desari property is really a home away from home. Depending on your budget, they can be fully furnished with stylish decor and modern appliances including digital TVs, CD/DVD players, fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.

Pet Stays
Our landed residential properties with gardens are pet friendly allowing guests to relocate with their beloved pets. Please note though that our apartments currently do not accept dogs.

What length of stay do we accept?
We specialize mainly in long term leases of 3 years for residential properties. Minimum lease for Commercial Properties is 12 months and we can do 6 month leases for residential apartments. What is included in my Welcome Pack?
We know how tiring it is to move! A welcome pack of household consumables, tea, coffee, fresh milk and toiletries is supplied for each home, which should be enough for 1-2 nights, giving tenants the time to go out and purchase their own supplies. When exhausted, replacement during the stay is the tenant's responsibility and can be easily found at the nearest supermarket.

Do you offer internet access?
Yes we do. Depending on your rent package, Internet access may be included in your rates. Reasonable usage is included and this should be more than sufficient for checking email, web browsing etc. If you need to download large files, software or movies etc you will exceed the download limit and the internet will slow down considerably and an upgrade subscription is required. A different rate and additional costs will apply.

Do your homes have astro TV?
All of our luxury homes do have astro. Subscription charges may be included in the rent however for our executive apartments a basic range of astro channels are available for free. All executive homes include Digital TV which currently offers a wide variety of programs. Our homes also have a DVD/CD player. In addition, our executive apartments have a selection of DVDs and CDs in the library for you to enjoy.

Yes, all our homes have phones and the phone number of the home is located in the tenant residential handbook.

What is your child policy?
We love families and will happily help make our homes child friendly and your children safe in our homes. Depending on availability we also have small sized furnishings and décor for your child.
